Handling Time

The handling time for all orders is 4-5 business days. This time accounts for the preparation and packaging of your order, particularly for handmade items.

Transit Time

Once the handling time is completed, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Australia:7-10 business days
  • Worldwide (Other Regions): 10-20 business days

The estimated transit time for all destinations ranges between 7-20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these times are estimates and may be extended due to factors such as customs clearance, local carrier delays, or peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

Order Cut-off Time

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before the cut-off time of 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Fraud Screening

Before dispatching products, we may conduct fraud screening checks, which could result in delays. If your order is delayed due to these checks, we will notify you immediately.

Address Changes & Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate. If you need to change your address before your product is dispatched, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or by issues arising during transit with the shipping carrier. Standard shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost Post

If your package is lost in transit, we are here to assist. Royal Mail International Tracked post is considered lost if it has not arrived 35 days after the dispatch date. In such cases, we will offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us at contact@lauessence.com for assistance.

Missing Item Policy

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@lauessence.com within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution Process:

  1. Reporting the Issue: Provide your order number, a description of the missing item, and a photo of the received package (showing the shipping label and contents).
  2. Verification: Once the claim is verified, we will either:
    • Ship the missing item to you at no additional cost.
    • Offer a full refund if the item is out of stock.
  3. Shipping Costs: There are no additional charges for shipping the missing item.
